....and I though 275 X 12 on a 2.4C was smok'n

Priceles.
When i bought my new CPU i needed a new heatspreader.
The cheapest one wich was available in the store was x1.3 the price i=20
payed for the CPU.
(Duron Applebread 1.6MHz: EUR 35,- / Cooler: EUR 40,-)
At least now my macine is that silent. I haven't seen the Fan rotating=20
at full speed. Only 1570 rpm if it get's a little hot. (Say 42=B0C after=20
a couple of hours BF
I was surprised when the monitor program "warned" me about the inactive=20
fan right after system startup when the CPU had ~28=B0C...
