Good Servers

Following on from a couple of posts about bad servers, thought I'd redress
the balance and tell you about a decent server with good admins.

QBS DCX 0.72 www.theqbs.com Capture the flag 32 player server was almost
completely full for the 2hrs I played tonight. Lot's of the QBS guys on
there, I had some good games and spent most of the time defending our flag..
and racking up a nice score at the same time. I'm getting rather handy with
a shilka and Sam, never used them much before.

It's nice to have some good games.

I've also started playing BFV again after the two mini patches... still a
lot to sort out, but it's more fun than it was... will wait and see what the
next patch brings before I make up my mind.

Shilka and SAM are much fun!
In El Al. d2, the helo pilots feel pretty much invincible, and tend to
ignore the Shilka. BIG mistake! Unless they change their behaviour, and make
it one of their primary targets, the Shilka is VERY deadly, especially in
combination with a stinger guy. (If someone ever takes it out of the UCB,
that is.) It's great to spot (radar) and kill snipers, hiding on the ridges,
and it's very good as a compliment to tanks at the South flag. It can kill
infantry running around the bunker with stingers and RPG's, if it is on the
"ground".
The SAM is a deadly threat to any (blue) pilot on El Al. d1. (And any pilot
on DC No Fly Zone.)
Just keep your head cool, and don't panic when the A-10, the Apache, the
Blackhawk or the fighters come for you, you are much likely to shoot 'em
down before they get you, if they're not too great pilots. Chill, and
remember: "I might die, but I will sure as hell try to get company to
hell!".

I have, even joined and wear the tag occasionally. But I'm in the UK and it
gets quite laggy.
