| Civilians | I'm considering buying a factory. Do factories generate crafting xp? I mean, if I use my general crafting device to grind out 100 things, I might get, say 200 xp per craft. That's like a total of 20,000 crafting xp. Does a factory work the same way? If I let a factory generate 100 things, will I get a fraction of this crafting xp? If not crafting xp, do factory runs produce any xp? thanks, Zoomee Gorath |

I don't think you get any crafting xp. If you do, it is so little it might as well be nothing. I once ran a structural factory processing through about 40k ore making structual mods. and didn't notice any xp. |

They're just rather convenient. -- - Michael J. Astrauskas |

| Civilians | To get XP from a Factory you must be logged in, not AFK, and within 500m (I could be wrong on the distance) from the factory. Otherwise you get nothing. -Albion "John Connor" <junkmail@zoomeeland.com> wrote in message news:<10fubjoh2e7d138@corp.supernews.com>... > I'm considering buying a factory. | Civilians | Oh and I forgot, you only get 10% of the XP you would get if you crafted by hand. -Albion "John Connor" <junkmail@zoomeeland.com> wrote in message news:<10fubjoh2e7d138@corp.supernews.com>... > I'm considering buying a factory.
