What is this and how do I do it?

not to be too sarcastic, it's a badge. read the forums, do a search on
google, etc. If you tackle the start of the quest, it's in the squill
cave on tatooine. Bring friends

Well basically, is it one mission, or a huge series? Who is the NPC, or are
there multiples? =)

When u have all the items take them back to the hermit and u get a ring
