Default A movie worth seeing....

FINALLY....A movie worth going to see and a long time in the waiting. I only hope Hollyweird doesn't butcher it and take out all the Christian symbolism that was put into it. Though, I doubt the family of CS Lewis would allow that, which is probably why it took such a long time to produce this:

We can only hope right? "The passion of the Christ" was good also.

True. Maybe Hollyweird finally "gets it" afte the success of "The Passion". The people want movies with more substance....feel good movies...with family values. Like "Because of Winn Dixie"...Of course, I really doubt it's because they've had any kind of moral convinction....more seeing the dollars that "The Passion" made and wanting to capitalize on that. Whatever it is, I'm super excited about "The Chronicles of Narnia"...what an awesome epic series to make into a movie. It will be edited, to be sure, but I hope the basic values and symbolism remain.

That's because Hollywood had absolutely nothing to do with that movie. Mel Gibson did that on his own.

I hope so too, Vicky.
