Major General Alan D. Bell, U.S. Army Reserve, Commander (Troop Program Unit), 81st Regional Readiness Command, Birmingham, Ala. to Deputy Commander, Army Reserve Command/Deputy Chief, Army Reserve for Operations, Readiness, Training, and Mobilization, Fort McPherson, Ga.
