| Icing Queen   |  Couple Collects Second Lottery Jackpot A Canadian couple discovered that good luck can strike twice when they won their second big lottery jackpot in less than a decade. Jadwiga and Rudy Taylor of Mississauga won $20 million ($19 million U.S.) in the Lotto 6/49, The Toronto Sun reported. They collected the check Monday at the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. office. The jackpot was 20 times the $1 million ($945,000 U.S.) they won in 1999 in the Ontario 49 lottery. The Taylors seemed more thoughtful than joyful as reporters asked questions, responding by saying they wanted to go home. Finally, Jadwiga said, "I am extremely happy." Couple collects 2nd lottery jackpot
