Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, what is a good drink for it? I don't really like Coke so not sure.

Other than red wine I don't drink. BUT we do use rum for raisen rum cake. Takes about a cup full drizzled over the cake & let sit for a day or two in the frige. Of course the cake has a neufanchel creamy frosting covering it about 1/4" thick.

Not calorie friendly but one of the better ways to drink rum.

Captain Morgan is nice. I used to be a whiskey and scotch man but have been patronising rum for a couple years now.

As for the choice of mixes?
