Gee, Connie I see he has a Silver Service Ribbon - You and I don't have them and we served for very extended periods of time (over six months) on staff at one time, too! Sorry about the demotion, SNP - Welcome to the ranks of the others who without explanation were also demoted - and be JOYFILLED. Now, you can just enjoy people and not worry about being PC - Not that I've ever known you to be that anyway. There is life after stars - BELIEVE ME - and it is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better!

I was demoted, too. I was so confused. I was crushed. I felt bumped and bruised. I was devastated and I thought I would die. My heart was broken. Just broken.....

Then I got grumpy and pissy then just plain mad real real mad . And I wondered why in God's green earth do I constantly for this place and vowed to get even.

Then a good rafter buddy of mine, WarMonkey, reminded me that I've NEVER been staff... and therefore COULDN'T have been demoted. Duh I mean..... DUH!

I'm such a goof and I'm soooo relieved . Yup yup .

Quite a few staff members were removed due to inactivity, nothing personal. If the mods and staff arent active then it is better to let them go. It doesnt mean you have been banned or that we dont want your input, or that you cant stay on staff.

Some people become offended when you ask them where they have been, the best method is to just let them go quietly. Some dont want to be rude and admit they cannot do the job or are no longer interested.

This was one of about a half dozen staff members that were on site, off site or just inactive on the staff.

If it was a plot I am sure you would have known by now
