If its zero degrees outside and it is suppose to be twice a cold tomorrow,,how cold is that??

Now, that is a relative question - How cold does it have to be for you to no longer feel your limbs or even care for that matter?

And, you haven't stated whether it is 0 degrees Centigrade (thus 32 degrees Fahrenheit) or 0 degrees Fahrenheit (thus -17.8 degrees Centigrade) or if you are talking absolute freezing as in Kelvin units (the temperature where CO2 freezes) which is 0 degrees Kelvin, -273.15 degrees Centigrade or -456.7 F. Anyway you look at it, it's d*mn cold!!!
