| Icing Queen   |  Advice For Military Personnel Returning to Civilian Life There are some members who are ending their last tour of Active Duty and will be back in the civilian world. Please offer any advice you can give them to make the adjustment easier. I'll start ---- You don't have to show your ID card at the grocery store, or any store, unless you're cashing a check or look younger than 21 and are buying alcohol. It took a few months before I stopped reaching for mine, after 9 years around the military.
