I have a friend that takes that and a tablespoon of honey beforehand and swears by it...no thanks for me.


I just drink lots of water before during and after..hangovers are mostly caused by dehydration. Oh but an aspirin the night before helps too..but I don't take aspirin.

And if ya do get a hangover, what always works for me is a bit of the hair, and tobasco sauce or anything really spicy..for some reason, my stomach is weird in that if I eat really spicy stuff with a hangover, it will actually stay down better. go figure.

A big 'ol glass of V-8 or mater juice works for me.
