| Great Seaman   |  Going offline After tomorrow,I will be offline for a week or so. By friday night or saturday,we're going to have Hurricane Frances up our azzes.Depending on when it will make landfall,there will be no power,and will be busy cleaning up in the aftermath. I'll stay on as long as I can before it hits,but will need to unplug the pc so doesnt get a power surge. Meantime,wish us luck,and I'll see you all when life gets back to halfway normal. Gotta love Florida~

| Non-Commissioned Officer   | Re: Going offline Hang in there... if this one is like Charley, I may be down there as part of ARES (Amateur Radio Emergency Services) or RACES. If the comms are out, amateur radio and non-trunked two way (CB/REACT) are the only ways to go.
