Characters Under Control

I have gotten the unruly character calmed down and somewhat under control. He is now just a country gentleman having an adventure in the big city. I am rather enjoying following him around and recording his discoveries as he makes his way around as the guest of a business acquaintance.

A Character Speaks

While I was writing this past week, one of the characters in the book surprised me by taking charge. I was writing a boring segment that involved him and he decided he didn’t want to be bored or boring so he started his own storyline. All I could do at that point was to write down what he was doing as I followed him around. Novel Progress

As I set here preparing to give my latest update on my novel progress, I can’t help wondering if anyone has been reading any of these. I have been telling my friends how I am beginning a new career in writing and I have received only one comment to date. More Novel Info

As promised, I am keeping my friends updated on my progress.

I think it was a good decision to share my 'project' with my Pads friends because it has forced me to keep applying myself to produce. I have been writing more since I started this blog and it has paid off. My writing has improved and I am putting more content into the book than I did in the begining and the first rewrite will increase the content of the first half of the book.

I have almost filled a 70 page...
