Question Pete Rose

So what do you think? Time served? My opinon is that if he was a cocaine addict he wouldnt have been punished this hard.

He's paid a pretty hard price. I don't necessarily like the man, but enough is enough.

I've read and listened to a lot of discussion on this. Rose was a great player in his day, but how does anyone know that he wasn't betting on baseball then? He lied for fourteen years till he published his book and did the interview. He also has memoribilia store a block away from the Hall of Fame.

OK, now I'm not against making money, but all of this push by HIM is about HIM. His behavior does not indicate that he thinks he did anything wrong. I see no contrition in emotion or actions by him. He broke one of the absolute cardinal rules of integrity.

I agree but because of his accomplishments on the diamond, he should be in the hall of fame... other than that, no, he should not be able to return to the sport.

Full Reinstate.
Credit for time served, sheesh!

If you wanna ban somebody for life from the Hall of Fame go to Football's in Canton, Ohio and YANK O.J. Simpson OUT!

I'm not a BIG Pete Rose fan, but I agree...
Enough is enough!

I agree with Ironside. He paid his dues, was previously a lousy manager but a great baseball player. I don't think he will be picked to manage a team in the future but the Hall of Fame he does deserve.

Dang, like Ironside said, OJ is still there and that is a crime in itself.

I agree. Consequences are hell! He knew what he was doing was wrong.
