More money, better job security, taking on a big challenge before he retires..he probably felt that it was finally time to move on. Especially with some of the old guard changing in Atlanta. Mazzone is a good fit for Baltimore, because they need direction and are likely to hand him the keys to the entire organization from top to bottom. The Yankees would not have given him such treatment. |

The Yankees would not have given him such treatment. >From what I hear, Angelos is no picnic either. And I don't know how long Perlozzi will last. I would put the over/under at less than 3 years. |
