Default MLB.TV - is anyone home?

I purchased MLB.TV for a month at $14.95. Discovered (after purchase,
unfortunately) that I can't get any Cardinal games because my zip code is in
their local broadcast area. Soooo, I called the mlb.tv toll-free number and
was prompted to leave a message, "and a customer service representative will
respond by e-mail or phone shortly." I've left three messages now this week
and haven't heard boo from them. Email to them bounces because their inbox
is full. One thing they are good at -- my credit card was promptly charged.

Has anyone else had any experience with mlb.tv's alleged customer "service?"
