at a stop the vehicle pulls,as if trying to still go though brakes are on,
help?

Not enough info here, have it scanned for codes or problems, or something
sticking in the accelerator linkage?

added info, when you are at a stop the vehicle pulls like it wants to keep
going, but the brakes are on, just went through a mechanical, new brakes,
rotors, did not do this when test drove, two days before mech. done
