New hand held device can slow down cars. Korean inventers showed a small keychain
size device that can be used by Police, pedestrian, bicycle riders, and vehicles
to slow cars. The device can slow down a car wirelessly by transmitting codes
to the cars computer.

There is such a device for trucks designed at Lawrence Livermore Labs.

Not too keen on visiting any virus web sites. Can I guess? Is it a
three letter word that begins with G end in N and has a middle letter
u?

If so many many American's already possess such "wireless"
transmission devices. Though delivery to the cars computer I'd
imagine would be contingent upon skills of the operator ;-)
