| Civilians |  '86 Olds Calais, how to adjust parking brake? How do I adjust the parking brake on an '86 Olds Calais Supreme 2.5l 5 speed manual? I see in the back where the cable comes to the 'equalizer' there is a long threaded part that looks like it would be an adjustor, but I can't figure out how to adjust it. I need to do my rear brakes, but with the new shoes the brake needs to be released a bit so it doesn't pull the shoes against the drums. Thanks. Cory |
