Default Not So Fast

Not So Fast
Talking Heads, Racin Writers, & Fans--
In the '04 Chase, 5 Drivers had a chance for the Championship
going into 36.Miami, despite more than one finish greater than 20th:
KuB a 42nd.
JJ-37th & 32nd.
JG-19th & 34th.
MM-20th.
DEJ-33rd & 33rd. (add 1 for Miami)

6.TS was more than 156pts behind KuB going into 36.Miami
despite ONLY ONE finish greater than 20th, a 39th at 27.NH.
Also out of it before 36.Miami were:
RN-3, MK-3, ES-6, JM-5 finishes of 20th or worse. (add 1 for Miami)

IMO, a driver can have 2 Mulligans, & still be able to be Champ,
including Kurt Busch.

I was sorry to see ThatsRacin's poll - "Jeff Gordon needs one
restrictor-plate victory to tie Dale Earnhardt for the most all-time"
-that's all the Jr. fans need to start throwing full soda cans or
garbage, again -- JG to run up front. 'Course, given the current JG
action, that's not likely. LOL.

No prob SG, it goes without saying that TS loves to finish 2nd
to DEJ TS has 5 runner-ups at Plate Trax, 4 at Dega, 2 to DEJ,
1 to JG, 1 to Hamilton. 1 Daytona to DEJ.
