To answer your question though, he is driving the #9 Busch car to "fill in" for Jeff Burton who used to drive it on a regular basis in the Busch series for Rousch Racing. Now that Jeff Burton is no longer with Rousch Racing, the #9 Busch car (owned by Rousch Racing) was minus a driver. | Civilians | Mark is just filling in the empty seat left by Burton. However, I think it is a good thing because he always seems to run better in Cup when he runs Busch.
