but of course Dick Bergran wouldnt have some empathy and let him go after
a minute or so ..nahh not dickie .. However Gordo still had the presence of

to mention most of the sponsors because.....

That's Dick for you. I remember before the 94 Daytona 500, he asked Bobby
Allison how it felt not to have an Allison in the race. Allison looked at
him in amazement, probably wondering why this *dick* would ask such a
question.
