Default Matt McLaughlin is right on the money as usual.

http://www.racingone.com/column.asp?artnum=19369

That the racing at Texas was less than compelling probably shouldn't
surprise anyone. For years now the standard line has been that racing at TMS
will improve over time as the asphalt wears. (Of course those same folks
tell us every year the traffic situation will be improved and every year it
just keeps getting worse by most accounts.) Unfortunately the magnificent
track was built on a piece of property ex-presidential candidate Ross Perot
unloaded on Bruton Smith after finding out the water table beneath the land
was too unstable to allow for industrial development. Thus it's unlikely the
track surface will ever get to age to the point where there will be side by
side racing at Texas before the track needs to be redone.

Yet all week rumors have been rampant that Texas will finally get a second
race date probably at the expense of Rockingham or Darlington, two of the
best tracks on the circuit. This racing business is beyond me. I know if a
restaurant offered up poor quality food most consumers felt was too bland,
they're not going to get much leverage out of a marketing campaign that
promises, "Yeah, the food is bland, but now we've doubled the size of our
portions!" Yet 200,000 people show up reliably for every Cup race at Texas
and sit through four hours worth of traffic to get there and four more hours
to get out. And sitting in traffic for eight hours has to be more exciting
than the four hours of so-called racing in between the two trips. I just don
't get it. But, hey, at least it didn't rain.

At around $45 a bottle, it's definitely a "special time" tequila.

Geez, when $45 equates to "special time", you need to start pulling bank
robberies or sumthin.
