Love Nosferatu, Potemkin, Phantom, Caligari, & Metropolis :-)

I've never got to see Birth of a Nation... just clips when the
controversey is discussed on the tube!

I'm like all horror nuts - still hoping that someday a lost copy of
London After Midnight pops up :-)

He appears to be a little taller... I spent a half hour trying to find a
decent picture, though that one doesn't do him justice. But he really
looks like Bobby Junior with Brian Setzer's hair. Hard to believe his
father Arch Hall Sr. was trying his hardest to make Arch Jr a teen idol!

It's a great movie. you should make it a point to see it if you have a
chance.

I'm a big fan of silent comedies, I'll drop whatever I'm doing if Keaton
or Lloyd's on the tube.

Amazon caught on to their pricing error and cancelled the box set sale.
The set has a suggested price of $89.99, but I have a feeling that
Amazon meant to price it at sixty dollars rather than the six bucks they
had it up for yesterday. I've made more than a few advertised price
errors in my catreer, so I understand how it happens. Still, I was
looking forward to getting that deal.

When I went there, it was corrected to high price. I bought one of the
seasons of Babylon 5 for twelve bucks from one of their marketplace
sellers last fall... a day later, I got an email saying it was an error
on Amazon's part and all orders were cancelled. Too bad it ain't like a
store and they have to sell for the posted price!
