  |  Update on the M48... Well guys, this is F**KED. I found out, the M48 is not part of the loan program by the military. It was purchased in 1978 as scrap and restored. So... I call up the guy and tell him what I found out. Here's his reply... "Oh... well, I had a guy offer me some money for it so I sold it to him. He picked it up yesterday." To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I hate guys that go back on a deal. But, what can I do? There is someone out there with a tank that I busted my butt trying to get running. I hope he appreciates the work I did on it. sigh. Mike |
