Default OPFOR equipment

From what I can tell we operate a lot of captured equipment in opfor to increase the realism. How do we maintain these vehicles - where do the spare parts come from, and who teaches our mechanics how to fix em? Its got to suck operating soviet equipment in the desert- especialy the t72 as it seems very cramped in side. Do they rip out the auto loader to make more room?
