While I, like so many others, believe we need more refining capability, though in truth, it makes sense for an oil company not to build them because of cost and insecurity of future feed stocks? Will the building of this refinery and pipeline, in effect, just make it easier and cost less to get the product to market?

Is this so little different than building the Bridge to Nowhere in Alaska?

How will this affect the water tables. Refineries need prodigious amounts of water to operate.
