There is a lot real wrong with our criminal justice system, for example:
1. I have never approved of indicting/convicting accomplices or bystanders for the same crime the trigger man did.
2. In America, we MUST not execute minors or the mentally impaired. Period.
3. I see nothing wrong with commuting life sentences when a prisoner gets so old or so infirm that they cannot possibly do any more damage.
4. If a lifer chooses suicide, more power to them.
5. Prosecutors have the right to exclude exculpatory evidence at trial... not good for justice.
6. etc.
