Could it be that what we are used to is totally differant in Calderdale Royal Hospital in Halifax ? Open access to newborns/no glass wall between newborns and the general public.

Considering the progress of exotic viruses past practices make sense if there in no separation.

On the vocal portion that should be up to the baby. If they are offended by cooing as Debbie Lawson, seems to think. These little people as she calls them do have rights and should speak up and object to protect those rights.
