A rumour, or perhaps an unsubstantiated claim, has reached us that
Google is possibly ignoring sponsored text links on web pages, and
certainly differentiating between links. If this is true, and our
source is fairly reliable, then it could have a serious impact upon
those web sites that use sponsored links, and those that rely upon
buying links on high
PR pages for
SEO (which is a controversial
concept in any event).
