RetPara has a lot of good points here. I believe in the death penalty, but they had better have a very strong case to back it up.
Our Governor (pawlenty) was trying to bring back the death penalty here for Sex OffendersNow regardless of how any of us might feel about SO's, that would be grossly unfair in a state who does not carry death for murder.
